A couple years ago, I was volunteering
in the Public Relations Department at Shepherd Center. I participated in that
department once a week for about five months. I was able to do web
and database search for potential news media stories, write event related
articles and provide to producers. Also, I was able to sit in on a
press conference of a football player who got hurt on the field, as well as go to
a video shoot. So if your loved ones got recently injured contact your local
news or a Public Relations personnel to get their story out there because
people would love to hear from you!!
